
Semarang, January 28 2024 – Students from the Guidance and Counseling Study Program (BK) of Universitas PGRI Semarang (UPGRIS) have achieved an outstanding accomplishment by successfully passing the selection for the International Service Learning (KKN Internasional) Program at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). The program will be implemented at the end of January 2024 as an opportunity for students to gain international experience, expand their perspectives, and improve their academic and professional competencies.
The students who successfully passed the selection are Ayudha Permata , Verdinan Rahmadika, Destia Ningtiyas, Fajar Alif , Desty Elsydha Ayu, Ferial Azza , Dezmira Azmizahra , Mega Ratrisari, and Nabella Salsabila M.
Their participation in the International Service Learning Program represents a positive achievement and demonstrates the commitment of BK UPGRIS students to continue developing themselves through international learning experiences. Through this program, students will have the opportunity to apply their knowledge and skills, especially in the fields of education, guidance and counseling, social activities, and community service.
The implementation of the International Service Learning Program at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia is expected to provide valuable experiences in strengthening cross-cultural understanding, improving communication skills, expanding international networks, and preparing students to become professional counselors with global perspectives.
The Guidance and Counseling Study Program of UPGRIS appreciates and supports the achievements of these students. This international program is expected to become valuable preparation for their future career development and inspire other students to actively participate in various academic and international opportunities.
Through this program, BK UPGRIS students are expected to represent the university positively and contribute meaningful experiences during the implementation of activities in Malaysia.
