SEMARANG, bk.upgris.ac.id – Good and proud news has once again brought honor to the Guidance and Counseling (BK) Study Program, Faculty of Education (FIP), Universitas PGRI Semarang (UPGRIS). A group of its outstanding students have achieved a brilliant achievement through the international arena by participating in the International Service Learning (ISL) program at University Teknologi Malaysia (UTM).
This proud achievement was accomplished by seven selected student delegates from BK UPGRIS: Dewi Mar’atussa’adah, Lina Mu’arrofatul A., Tri Tegar Novia R., Cyndu Indra Aji, Maulida Salsabila, Nadiya Zakiyyatul K., and Rena Oktaviani N. The series of programs, which began with official briefings and departures on November 19, 2024, successfully led them to carry out academic-based community service in Malaysia from December 1–8, 2024.
The entire academic community of the UPGRIS Guidance and Counseling Study Program extends its congratulations and highest appreciation for the extraordinary dedication of these students. This success proves that BK UPGRIS students, whose program has achieved an Excellent Accreditation (Terakreditasi Unggul) status, are not only capable of competing nationally but also possess high competitiveness and the ability to shine on a global scale through international student mobility.
Hopefully, the fighting spirit and international insight demonstrated by these seven students can be a source of inspiration and motivation for all other UPGRIS BK students to continue to develop their potential, step out of their comfort zones, and dare to achieve achievements at both national and international levels.
Keep up the good work, spread your wings on the global stage, and bring a good name to your beloved almamater.
