History of the Guidance and Counselling Study Programme
The Guidance and Counselling Study Programme is one of the study programmes under the Faculty of Education, Universitas PGRI Semarang, committed to producing professional and ethical counsellors.
1990
Study Programme Established
The Guidance and Counselling Study Programme was officially established on 5 February 1990 to prepare competent and character-driven educators and counsellors.
2014
Institutional Transformation
On 17 April 2014, the study programme developed further following the transformation into Universitas PGRI Semarang.
2017
BAN-PT Accreditation
Achieved B Accreditation based on BAN-PT Decree Number 2066/SK/BAN-PT/Akred/S/VI/2017 dated 20 June 2017.
Present
Continuous Development
The study programme continues to strengthen education, research, community service, and innovative counselling services based on science and technology.
